How
do I submit a proposal?
If
you believe that your program/project would qualify for funding by the Trust,
we strongly encourage you to discuss it with a member of our staff before submitting
a proposal. Our staff can give you guidance that will be helpful in developing
your application. The Poor and Needy Division Application and the Health Care
Division Application are available on this web site. The application can be
filled out while you are on-line or you may download the application and fill
it out on a typewriter. Applications are also available from the Trust office;
you can write or call for an application form. For specific information on completing
the application, see the Criteria/Guidelines section for the appropriate division.

What
are your application deadlines?
Our foundation's deadlines are not
"postmarked by" deadlines. Health Care Division applications must be in
our office by the close of business on March 15 and September 15, or the
first business day thereafter if the deadline falls on a holiday or
weekend. Applications are considered at board meetings in May and
November, respectively. Poor and Needy Division applications must be
in our office by the close of business on January 15 and July 15, or the
first business day thereafter if the deadline falls on a holiday or
weekend. Applications are considered at board meetings in March
and September, respectively.
