Grant Application Process Advanced Consulation (Meeting with Program Staff)


An advance consultation is the first step in a two-step application process. Before requesting an advance consultation, it is important to answer the questions listed under preliminary steps and to study the Trust Application Guidelines for the division that will receive your request.

If you have determined that your organization meets the Trust's basic requirements for funding and your program/project fits within the HCD guidelines, you may schedule an appointment to talk with the program officer for your region by calling 1-866-551-0690 to speak with Shinika McKiever, the Program Assistant.

If you have determined that your organization meets the Trust's basic requirements for funding and your program benefits the financially needy of Winston-Salem/Forsyth County, contact Joyce Adger, Director of the Poor and Needy Division, by calling 336-397-5503.
