How to Apply

As of October 2011, the Trust has revised its application deadlines, so that the two Divisions (Health Care and Poor and Needy) will have the same two application deadlines each year. This will not impact the application process, but it will impact the timing of applicants’ interaction with the Trust prior to applying.

The following table details the new timeline of the application process for applicants in both divisions. For more information about the deadline change, please read this letter from our President and Division Directors.

New Application Deadlines 

 Second Tuesday in February
(February 14, 2012)
Second Tuesday in August
(August 14, 2012)
All submissions must be received online by 5:00 PM on the date listed above

1. Eligibility and Fit - Determine whether your program is a good match for Trust funding.
2. Advance Consultation - Schedule a meeting with a program officer.
3. Submit an Application - Complete the online application documents, including attachments (Applications are only accepted through the online application process).
