Health Care Division

The Health Care Division's most recent funding announcement will be available in mid-November 2011.

The Trust accomplishes its work and seeks to fulfill its mission through two divisions: the Health Care Division and the Poor and Needy Division.

Through the Health Care Division, the Trust responds to health and wellness needs and invests in solutions that improve the quality of health for financially needy residents across the state of North Carolina. Our four funding interests are:

• Access to Primary Care,
• Community-Centered Prevention**,
• Diabetes, and
• Mental Health and Substance Abuse.
