Health Care Application Information Session

Effective July 1, 2007, the Trust is changing its grant application to more closely align with our new strategic direction. In June and July, we will conduct application information sessions around the state to explain the application in detail and to answer questions face-to-face.

Below are the dates and locations of the sessions.

  • All sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
  • Seating is limited, so we can only accommodate one individual per organization.
  • Reservations will be accepted on a first come/first served basis.
